Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 803 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 januárjában, ami 71 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 76 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban.
According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 803 per kilogram carcass weight in January 2023, which was 71 per cent increase compared to the average price in January 2022. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 76 per cent in January 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
