Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 768 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 márciusában, nem változott számottevően 2020 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 1,5 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 5 százalékkal emelkedett a vizsgált időszakban.
According to AKI PÁIR in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 768/kilogram carcass warm weight in March 2021, did not change compared to the average price of the same month in 2020. The price of slaughter heifers moderated by 1.5 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 5 per cent, compared to the previous year.
