Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 813 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 márciusában, ami 20 százalékos csökkenést jelent 2022 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 9, a vágótehéné 6 százalékkal emelkedett a vizsgált időszakban.
According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 813/kilogram carcass warm weight in March 2023 decreased by 20 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2022. The price of slaughter heifers increased by 9 per cent and the price of slaughter cows by 6 per cent in the period under review.
